Based in London and led by Dr. Sue Fergy, Maytree Consulting works with health and educational organisations to bring about transformations in leadership capacity, knowledge, skills and professional practice. We also work with clients on a one-to-one basis to facilitate the achievement of professional and personal objectives through coaching or mentoring.
Our aim is to develop the potential of individuals to enhance their skills and practice underpinned by a sound, up-to-date knowledge base. We help to develop frontline health care practitioners who can lead and teach intelligently and with compassion.

The Excellence in Workforce Development Award was won by Sue Fergy and Ruth Thomsen, (Scientific Director for London NHSE) and Faculty colleagues in March 2019. The Chief Scientific Officer presented the glass award to the team at the Annual Healthcare Science Awards ceremony in London, for their work on the development and delivery of the Practical Skills in Education, Training and Leadership for Health Care Scientists (PSEL) programme which has been undertaken by an estimated 300 Health Care Scientists in England.
